Is it possible to pick up the goods in person?
Of course! Before selecting shipping, choose "Pickup" and then just wait for us to send you a confirmation email or SMS.

Where is my shipment?
Your shipment will be dispatched within 1-2 business days if the goods were "In stock for shipping" when ordered.
If any of the products were marked with different availability (External warehouse, Supplier, ...) - you will need to wait until I receive it in my warehouse. Check your email to see the availability of the products in your order. The dispatch time is then between 2-7 business days.

Can I get a discount on my purchase?
Oh, sure!
1. One way to get a better price is to: Log in -> you'll immediately start enjoying the benefits of a logged-in member and get better prices.
2. The second way (if you're new) is to use the 10% discount on your first purchase. You'll find it in the bottom right corner.
3. The third way is to make a purchase with us, and after your purchase, you'll receive a mystery card with a discount code for future purchases.
I need to make a complaint about goods, how should I proceed?
If you need to claim a product, write an email or call and I will tell you how to proceed (i.e., how we will resolve it together).
If the product needs to be sent, we will agree on its shipment - then the standard 30-day period will run.
If it's just a minor issue, we usually resolve complaints immediately or by sending a new piece.
I want to return goods within 14 days, what should I do?
Log in to your account (using your email), select the order and choose "Request a refund", or use this link.
Then, wait for my response, during which I will just check the entire process and give it the green light.
Carefully pack the goods and include the order number + account number (only if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery).
Send the packaged shipment to us at: Praskačka 225, 503 33 Praskačka (and most importantly, do not send it cash on delivery). Alternatively, you can also send it to the Czech Post DEPO in Hradec Králové.
